新加坡3月6日 - 法庭文件显示，新加坡当局周四对三名被控服务器欺诈的男子提出了新的指控，此案因可能违反出口管制而引起国际关注。
此案是警方对 22 名涉嫌虚假陈述的个人和公司进行的更广泛调查的一部分。
新加坡官员表示，这些服务器可能包含Nvidia(辉达/英伟达)NVDA.O 芯片，但没有说明它们是否受美国出口管制。
两名嫌疑人，41岁的 Aaron Woon 和 49 岁的 Alan Wei，因密谋于 2024 年在新加坡对科技公司Supermicro(美超微/超微科技)SMCI.O 实施诈骗而各面临一项指控。
警方在指控书中称，他们做出了 "虚假陈述，称这些物品不会被转移给最终用户授权的最终收货人以外的人"。
当局还修改了 2 月底提出的指控，增加了他们密谋对科技公司戴尔（Dell）实施诈骗的内容 DELL.N ，同时还对这些物品的最终去向作了虚假陈述。
调查中的第三名嫌疑人是 51 岁的中国人Li Ming，他也在 2 月份受到指控，将于周四出庭受审。(完)
