UltraTech Cement Raises INR20 Billion Through Allotment of Debentures

UltraTech Cement (NSE:ULTRACEMCO, BOM:532538) has raised 20 billion Indian rupees through the allotment of Unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The debentures were allotted in two series with a coupon rate of 7.34%. While the Series I debenture of 10 billion rupees will mature on March 3, 2028, the Series 2, also of 10 billion rupees, will mature on March 5, 2030.
