Investment platform Praemium (ASX:PPS) appointed Simon Moore as interim chief financial officer while the company is looking for a permanent successor, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Moore has experience in finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, including more than 20 years at NAB (ASX:NAB) as an executive general manager, the filing said.
