金吾财讯 | 蔚来(09866)再度被传出裁员消息。有报道称，上周蔚来针对 UR Fellow(售后客户服务)、PT 能源部门、NIO House 运营、售后门店等多个部门以及终端销售团队，开展了不同程度的裁员调整，给出了赔偿及调岗等裁员方案。此次裁员计划，重点不仅放在销售团队，还指向了向来在内部最受重视的服务板块，涵盖 UR Fellow 部门、NIO House、售后门店等售后服务部门。多位了解情况的员工称，此次裁员比例大概在10%，不同地区存在一定差别。以上海地区为例，UR Fellow 部门团队总人数约 80 人，此次裁员优化了 7 至 8 人，裁员比例为 10%；深圳地区的 UR Fellow 团队裁员比例则高达 50%，部分被裁撤的员工离职后入职了正在建设用户服务的小米汽车。蔚来员工透露，此次裁员流程极为迅速，部分接受 n+1 赔偿方案的员工，从接到通知到完成工作交接，仅仅用了 20 分钟。报道指出，蔚来董事长李斌曾在内部会议上提醒员工，“当下挑战极大，别家孩子已考上大学，我们还在复读”。今年以来，李斌组织了多轮内部会议，向团队着重强调形势的严峻性，并在全公司推行组织变革，落实 CBU 的经营机制(把公司所有经营工作划分成多个互不交叉的 “基本经营单元”，每个单元都要设立明确的 ROI(投入产出比)指标以及业绩奖惩制度) 。
