Hong Kong's developers are seen to complete the sale of 2,500 apartments in March in a bid to rack up the best sales month in a year, the South China Morning Post reported Friday.
Developers are likely to surpass the 2,497 apartments sold in November 2024, the report said, citing property agencies Midland Realty and Ricacorp.
Kerry Properties (HKG:0683) put out 133 apartments for sale at its Hava residential project in Yuen Long, following the sale of 371 units in two weekends, the report said.
Sun Hung Kai Properties (HKG:0016) sold 119 apartments as of March 4, the report said.
Kerry, Henderson Land Development (HKG:0012), and Wang On Properties (HKG:1243) sold 352 units across three projects during the month, the report said.
