嘉宏教育变更募资用途
3月11日，嘉宏教育（01935）发布公告，宣布对其首次公开发售所得款项净额的用途进行变更。根据公告，首次公开发售所得款项净额约为5.24亿元港元（相当于约4.61亿元）。原计划将部分资金用于收购其他学校和扩展业务的资金约为4.15亿元人民币，现决定将其用于建设位于河南省郑州市的新校区。
公告中提到，最初计划将约50%（约2.31亿元）用于收购其他学校，但由于教育行业整体估值下降，未能找到合适的收购目标。此外，原定用于扩展业务的约40%（约1.84亿元）也因土地规划调整等因素未能取得实质性进展。因此，董事会决定将未动用的资金全部用于新校区的建设，以提高资金使用效率，确保公司的发展方向与之前一致。
