3月10日，一则“美的被曝强制18点20下班”的消息冲上热搜。消息称，美的从这周起就开始提倡各部门领导严谨控制加班，规定18:20不允许有人还在公司加班，同时也禁止了员工就餐后再返回工位继续加班的现象。到目前为止，一到下班时间，HR就开始挨着部门催促大家抓紧时间下班了。

　　对此，美的集团回应称，早在今年初，美的就明确了关于简化工作方式要求的“六条禁令”，其中就包括“严禁下班时间开会、形式主义加班”。美的一直在身体力行践行“反内卷”，倡导健康的企业文化，提供给员工更丰富多彩的业余生活。

　　记者注意到，美的集团今日发布了一则《下班后，你们都在干嘛》的推文，其中提到“下班后的时光，才是生活的真正开始，无论是充电学习、培养兴趣，还是纯粹躺平只要是自己喜欢的方式，就是最好的放松。”
