　　2025年3·15晚会上，兑吧集团因涉及手机抽奖诱导消费、虚假宣传等违规行为被重点曝光，其关联公司兑捷网络科技有限公司和诺禾网络科技有限公司也被点名。

　　报道指出，兑吧集团存在抽奖套路与欺诈嫌疑。通过电子发票平台、停车场扫码等场景植入抽奖广告，以“200元话费券”“视频会员”等名义吸引用户参与，实际设置苛刻使用条件。例如，用户需充值4000元话费、耗时15个月才能用完所谓优惠券，且存在自动续费陷阱。其负责人承认，业务本质依赖用户遗忘或疏忽，利用“沉默用户”牟利，单日流水高达20亿元。

　　此外，兑吧集团商业模式中存在诱导性设计。例如白酒虚假定价，两箱原价63元/箱的白酒被包装成价值4700元的“高端商品”，最终以398元出售，涉嫌价格欺诈。

　　据悉，兑吧集团有限公司成立于2014年5月，总部位于中国杭州，并于2019年5月7日在香港联合交易所主板上市。截至2025年3月12日收盘，兑吧报0.236港元，当日盘中最低价触及0.210港元，创近一年新低。兑吧因部分业务模式引发用户投诉，主要集中在虚假宣传、无故扣款等问题，黑猫投诉 【下载黑猫投诉客户端】平台近千条投诉涉及此类问题。（罗宁）
