路透香港3月13日 - 面对持续下滑的中港零售市场态势，香港珠宝商周大福1929.HK周四宣布“变阵”，挖角前星巴克SBUX.O中国的首席财务官（CFO）叶家盈，负责推动集团长期增长和转型策略。
周大福称，叶家盈将自4月1日起接任为集团CFO，专注于提升财务管理、长期增长和转型策略。她在财务领导、数位转型、企业发展以及国际拓展方面拥有丰富的经验，涉足多元产业，包括零售、快速消费品以及制造业。
加入集团之前，她曾担任星巴克中国的CFO，在早期的职业生涯中曾在百事可乐PEP.O亚太区和星巴克亚太区担任高级领导职位。
而现任CFO郑炳熙将主要负责资本管理、投资者关系，并继续担任执行董事等职务。
周大福珠宝集团主席郑家纯表示，董事局将一如既往地优先确保高度灵活性和财务管控，以便有效应对当前充满变化的商业环境及迅速演变的全球局势。
“透过无缝结合郑炳熙在业界的真知灼见以及叶家盈在中国与国际市场的丰富经验，我们有信心，强化后的财务领导团队将继续提升整个集团的运营效率。”他并说。
周大福今年稍早发布财年第三季零售值同比下降14.2%，受累宏观经济外部因素及黄金价格高企持续影响消费意欲，中国内地以及香港和澳门的同店销售继续受压，分析师观望公司将如何扭转颓势。（完）
