内险股再度走高，截至发稿，友邦保险(01299)涨4.08%，报63.75港元；中国财险(02328)涨3.25%，报25.45港元；中国平安(02318)涨2.44%，报50.35港元。

消息面上，据3月17日市场消息报道，近日，瑞众保险举牌中信银行H股，引发市场关注。梳理发现，今年以来，已有新华保险、平安人寿、中国平安、阳光人寿、长城人寿等6家保险公司对10家上市公司股票进行增持，触发举牌，彰显积极入市之势。有业内人士认为，今年保险资金密集举牌上市公司主要是出于两方面考虑：一是优化财务报表考虑，在新会计准则下，举牌上市公司之后的会计计量方式变更，可以提升险企利润表稳定性；二是抓住一季度A股市场震荡的窗口期低价布局权益投资，提升险企长期投资收益。随着近期资本市场回暖，险企还有加大配置的动力和空间。

申万宏源发布研报称，低利率+中长期资金入市+新会计准则落地背景下，险企再迎举牌热潮，截至2月11日，24年以来除重后险资举牌达24次。中长期资金入市步入落地阶段，险资将扮演关键角色，本轮举牌热潮有望持续，资产端进一步支持政策有待释出：1)头部险企境外资产配置或将迎来边际放松；2)优化偿付能力及准备金计量；3)优化短线交易及举牌规则。
