智通财经APP讯，兴证国际(06058)发布公告，于2025年3月21日，本公司间接全资附属公司CISI Investment同意以1692.79万美元向卖方(RONGTONG GLOBAL SPC代表Rongtong Industrial Fund SP)购买3600万美元(票面价值)的美国国债(逆回购交易)，惟须遵守全球回购协议条款。
本集团进行本次逆回购交易作投资用途。本集团的投资策略为(其中包括)透过投资于不同业务板块的广泛投资组合以拓宽其收入来源并为其股东物色可产生新增价值的业务(包括但不限于股票、债券、基金、结构性产品及衍生工具)，于可接受的风险范围内带来稳定回报。本集团认为本次逆回购交易提供了一个符合本集团风险偏好且能带来合理回报的投资机会。
董事认为本次逆回购交易可为本集团提供机会，令其证券投资组合达致均衡，以及为本集团于可接受的风险范围内带来稳定回报。本次逆回购交易符合本集团投资策略。
