PANews 3月22日消息，据 Cryptoslate 报道，根据国际货币基金组织（IMF）发布最新的《国际收支手册》第七版（BPM7 ），将比特币（ BTC ）等加密货币纳入国际收支平衡表。根据国际货币基金组织的新标准，比特币和类似的加密货币现在在全球经济统计中属于非生产资产。更新后的手册于 3 月 20 日发布，标志着国际货币基金组织首次将数字资产的详细指导纳入其全球统计标准。
该框架将数字资产分为可替代代币和不可替代代币，并根据它们是否具有相应的负债进行进一步区分。比特币和类似的无负债代币被归类为资本资产，而由负债支持的稳定币则被视为金融工具。根据国际货币基金组织的说法：“没有对应负债的加密资产旨在充当交换媒介（例如比特币），被视为非生产非金融资产，并在资本账户中单独记录。”
