太平洋证券发布研报称，近日，加科思-B发布2024年年度业绩公告，公司年内亏损大幅收窄，现金储备足以支撑4年以上运营。基于营收提升和期间费用降低，2024年公司的年内亏损为1.56亿元(同比-57%)。2024年公司营收1.56 亿元(同比+145%)，均来自艾力斯合作收入。2024年研发开支3.30亿元(同比-11%)，行政开支0.43亿元(同比-8%)，主要和临床开支及人员费用减少相关。公司在手现金为11.7亿元，可在无任何收入的情景下维持至少4年运营(至2028年)。
该行续指，2024年5月公司提交戈来雷塞治疗2线KRAS G12C+非小上市申请，预计25Q2可获批上市并获得一笔研发里程碑费用。基于安全性优势(3级TRAE低于竞品)和合作伙伴艾力斯在肺癌的销售优势，该行预测戈来雷塞销售峰值为11亿元。此外戈来雷塞的1 线非小3期和胰腺癌/泛癌种关键临床已启动，有望于26H2完成入组。
