U Power (UCAR) said Monday its Thai subsidiary, U SWAP, has signed a joint venture agreement with Thailand-based energy provider SUSCO Public Company to advance sustainable transportation services in the country.
Under the partnership, the company said it will introduce its UOTTA battery-swapping technology across SUSCO's fueling stations.
Financial terms of the joint venture were not disclosed.
