此次回购股份将被注销，完成后渣打集团总股本由 2,389,783,160 股减至 2,388,612,274 股，投票权总数同步调整。交易通过伦敦证券交易所、CBOE BXE 及 CBOE CXE 平台完成，各平台成交量及价格存在差异。公司表示，回购符合既定参数及适用法律法规，旨在优化资本结构。
