消息面上，中国食品午间公布年度财报，收入214.92亿元人民币，同比增长0.2%；纯利8.61亿元，同比增长3.4%；经调整EBITDA同比增长4.4%至27.22亿元，每股盈利30.76分。董事会宣派末期息每股15.3分，对比上年同期派14.8分。
公司表示，2024年，由于水品类产品正处于转型升级的过程中致销量下滑，中国食品总体销量同比有所下跌，但在公司积极提升价格及改善产品结构的战略下，产品平均价格的升幅显著，有效抵消销量减少的影响，收入同比基本持平。年内，除白糖采购价格受减产影响而上涨，其他主要原材料采购价格同比下降，公司毛利率同比录得增长。
