智通财经APP讯，中材节能(603126.SH)公告，公司拟与天山股份所属Mpande Limestone Limited(简称“Mpande公司”)签署《中国建材赞比亚工业园绿色能源供应合作项目(余热发电部分)BOO合同书》及《中国建材赞比亚工业园绿色能源供应合作项目(光伏发电部分)BOO合同书》,由中材节能负责在中国建材赞比亚工业园区内投资、建设、拥有并经营管理余热电站和光伏电站，Mpande公司向中材节能出租土地、购买电力并支付电费，中材节能给予一定的电价折扣，具体金额根据余热和光伏结算电价方案和实际用电量进行结算。根据《余热发电部分BOO合同书》《光伏发电部分BOO合同书》约定，为保障项目顺利实施，公司拟与公司所属中材节能国际投资有限公司在赞比亚共同投资设立卢萨卡清洁能源有限公司(筹)，项目公司注册资本为3700美元，其中中材节能持股99%，国际投资公司持股1%，并拟以该项目公司作为赞比亚项目投资、建设和运营主体。
公告显示，中国建材赞比亚工业园零外购电绿能低碳项目项目内容为：建设装机容量7.5MW余热电站和32MWac/36MWp的光伏电站，以保障赞比亚工业园用电需求。项目计划总投资约3426.54万美元，其中固定资产投资约3406.04万美元，铺底流动资金约20.5万美元。
