消息面上，2025年政府工作报告首次提出“人工智能+”行动，“大模型”首次被写入国家顶层设计，同时这也是政府工作报告连续第八年提出“工业互联网”，加快制造业数字化转型并支持大模型广泛应用；截至目前，多省市已针对工业智能化转型推出实施方案和补贴政策，如江苏省针对工业企业“智改数转”每年投入专项资金12亿、广东中山市针对认定为数字化智能化示范工厂企业给予最高500万激励等，相关政策利好有望促进企业加速智能化转型。
