智通财经APP讯，CLSA PREMIUM(06877)及要约人Beijing Tong Ren Tang (Cayman) Limited联合公布，要约于2025年4月1日(星期二)下午四时正截止，且要约人并无修订或延期。要约人已收到合共约4.06亿股要约股份的五份有效接纳，占公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额约19.98%。要约的总现金代价为约4992.75万港元。
紧随要约截止后，要约人及其一致行动人士(包括卖方)于约16.066亿股股份(其中约12.196亿股股份由要约人持有及3.87亿股股份由卖方持有)中拥有权益，占公司于本联合公告日期已发行股本总额约79.01%。公众持股量为约20.99%。要约人及公司将尽快采取适当措施以恢复规定的最低公众持股量。
