智通财经APP讯，中煤能源(01898)发布公告，该公司于2025年4月8日收到控股股东中国中煤能源集团有限公司(简称“中国中煤”)通知，中国中煤拟自本公告披露之日起12个月内通过上海证券交易所采用集中竞价、大宗交易等方式增持公司A股股份，增持总金额不低于人民币5000万元，不高于人民币8000万元，且增持数量不超过公司总股本的2%(简称“本次增持计划”)。
本次拟增持股份的目的：基于对公司价值的认可和对未来持续稳定发展的信心，为提升投资者信心，支持公司持续、健康、稳定发展，维护资本市场和公司股价稳定，中国中煤拟实施本次增持股份计划。
