智通财经APP讯，江西铜业股份(00358)发布公告，根据资本市场情况及自身资金安排，江铜集团自2024年12月12日至本公告日期间，通过上海证券交易所沪港股票市场交易互联互通机制以集中竞价方式累计增持公司H股股份3686.3万股，约占公司已发行股份的1.06%(占已发行H股股份的2.66%)，累计增持金额4.39亿元人民币(不含佣金税费)，本次增持计划尚未实施完毕。
截至本公告披露日，江铜集团持有公司15.508亿股(其中A股12.05亿股，H股3.45亿股)，约占公司已发行总股份的44.79%。
