Frontier Group Holdings (ULCC) said in a Thursday regulatory filing that it was unable to reaffirm its 2025 outlook, citing an "uncertain environment."

The parent of Frontier Airlines said it now expects a Q1 adjusted loss of $0.20 to $0.24 a share. In February, the company projected Q1 adjusted EPS to range from breakeven to $0.07.

Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for an adjusted loss of $0.09.

Frontier said it expects Q1 revenue growth of about 5% year over year. "Revenue growth is anticipated to be lower than expected due to weakened demand in March, resulting in fare discounting and promotions across the industry," the company said.

Frontier expects to report Q1 results May 1.
