4月12日，百度宣布将利用AI技术和平台流量优先扶持100万家企业出口转内销，开拓国内市场。

在数字人直播层面，百度慧播星数字人依托业内领先的AI数字人直播技术和能力，计划助力100万家企业免费数字人直播，同时安排专业技术和交付团队助力各外贸商家在各大平台低门槛实现直播带货。

在电商商家运营层面，针对外贸商家再加码佣金补贴为外贸商家减负；增设亿级流量池助力商家在百度快速冷启与成长；设立外贸专区等专属活动助力商家提升转化；实行IP扶持匹配平台最高等级扶持等四大专项政策。

此外，爱采购平台也将面向出口企业发放100万份企业补助金，助力低门槛打开国内销售渠道；提供B2B行业专属智能体及免费AI工具，帮助企业高效获客和低成本转内销；提供百亿流量营销矩阵，帮助企业高效率拿下内销第一单。
