PANews 4月11日消息，据Bitcoin.com报道，巴西央行数字货币（CBDC）试点项目Drex正面临困境，由于分配给该项目的资源减少，项目进程放缓，发展受阻。参与该项目隐私解决方案设计的两家最大公司——微软和安永，近期已减少了投入在这些工作上的人力。这一僵局与央行近期的行为有关，央行在未批准参与者提交的任何项目的情况下，结束了Drex试点的第二阶段。由于需要保证交易机密性同时允许监管机构审查的隐私提案均未达到央行在这方面的要求，Drex项目目前处于停滞状态。
目前负责Starlight隐私项目的安永已失去了三名参与该解决方案开发的人员。与此同时，微软也在去年投入大量资源后，减少了对其ZKP Nova隐私提案的参与。不过，微软的合作伙伴Hamsa将继续对ZKP Nova进行测试和支持。央行执行秘书Rogerio Lucca最近指出，drex背后的团队仍在研究该项目的未来。他表示：“根据正在进行的测试结果，技术团队目前正在讨论该项目可能的未来步骤。”但其未透露测试结果。
