智通财经APP获悉，半导体股跌幅居前，截至发稿，上海复旦(01385)跌5.9%，报25.5港元；华虹半导体(01347)跌5.01%，报34.15港元；中芯国际(00981)跌3.79%，报45.7港元。
消息面上，美国商务部在两份通知中表示，已开始调查“半导体和半导体制造设备”以及“药品和药品成分，包括药品成品”的进口对美国国家安全的影响。这些调查始于4月1日，是根据《贸易扩张法》第232条下令进行的，可能会持续数月。根据法律规定，商务部长应在270天内提交调查结果，但特朗普和其他官员已经表示，这些工作可能会更快结束。
美国海关与边境保护局上周五发布了更新税则，豁免了包含自动数据处理器、电脑、通信设备、显示器与模组、半导体相关等类别商品的进口税率，不受“对等关税”影响。然而，特朗普表示，美政府并未宣布任何关税 “豁免”，相关产品只是被转移到另一个关税类别。美国商务部长卢特尼克表示，半导体关税可能会在“一两个月内”实施。
