智通财经APP讯，金山云(03896)发布公告，于2025年4月16日(美国东部时间)/2025年4月16日(北京及香港时间)启动有关1850万股美国存托股(美国存托股，各代表15股本公司每股面值0.001美元的普通股)，即合共2.775亿股普通股(相关股份)承销的建议发售;及本公司控股股东金山软件有限公司(金山软件，或“认购人”)已同意向本公司购买最多若干数目的本公司普通股(认购股份)，每股价格相等于每股普通股的发售价。
本公司计划将建议发售及认购事项所得款项净额用于投资于升级及扩充基础设施，投资于技术及产品开发，及一般企业及营运资金用途。
