领展(00823.HK) 管理人领展资产管理宣布，随着沙田美林商场太阳能板安装工程已于上月完工，集团整个安装计划宣告完成，目前领展已在旗下53项物业设有共58个太阳能发电系统，太阳能板数量接近8,500块，总装置容量达4,500千瓦，预计每年产生约420万度电，相当于1,273个三人家庭一年的用电量。
其中东涌富东广场设有整个项目中最大规模的太阳能发电系统，共有950块太阳能板，装置容量达530千瓦，预计每年可产生56.4万度电。
领展已在太阳能发电项目上投资约7,800万元，在“上网电价计划”下，按现时总装置容量计算的预计投资回报率达19.6%。现时领展的太阳能发电系统每年所产生的电力，占其在香港总用电量的3%。领展集团首席执行官王国龙表示，领展今次完成香港其中一个最大型的私营太阳能发电项目，项目预期回报率接近20%，有助提升营运效率。
在此基础上，领展正筹备下一阶段的太阳能装置项目，计划在19项物业的天台采用轻型或柔性太阳能光伏模组，进一步推动在领展物业组合应用洁净能源。第二阶段完成后，领展将会在58项物业设有超过1.2万块太阳能板，届时总装置容量预计达6,900千瓦。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-16 16:25。)
