0920 GMT - The outlook for Chinese companies supplying power to AI-related businesses is positive, following partial exemption from U.S. reciprocal tariffs, according to Daiwa analysts Dennis Ip and Leo Lu in a research note. While there remains some controversy over whether production capacities in China are included in the latest exemption lists, the analysts believe Shenzhen Megmeet Electrical, and Jiangsu Azure stand to benefit from this development, as both companies maintain overseas production capacities in Southeast Asia. In addition, they anticipate positive market sentiment for Shenzhen Envicool Technology, given its 15-20% revenue exposure to the U.S. market, despite its lack of production capacity in Southeast Asia. The analysts reaffirm positive rating on China's AI power sector. (tracy.qu@wsj.com)
