在Pamalican Asset Management Ltd．开始交易八个月之后，据知情人士透露，Millennium Management正在从这只前高盛合伙人Jamie Goodman的对冲基金撤资。

　　消息人士称，对于这家总部设在香港、近几个月来高度活跃于首次公开募股（IPO）、增发和大宗交易领域的公司来说，该决定是其遇到的一次挫折。

　　知情人士补充说，Pamalican计划在Millennium退出后向其他投资者筹集资金。

　　Millennium此前同意为该基金提供5亿美元支持，使其成为去年亚洲最引人注目的对冲基金初创公司之一。Millennium和Pamalican的代表不予置评。

　　而今年，美国总统唐纳德·特朗普的关税政策给企业和全球经济的前景蒙上阴影，增大了企业通过发行股票筹集资金的难度。标普500指数已从2月19日触及的今年顶点回落了12%，而俗称华尔街恐慌指标的芝加哥期权交易所波动率指数最近飙升至五年高点。MSCI亚太指数也下跌了约6%。

　　Cuckoo Holdings Co．推迟了马来西亚IPO。票务平台StubHub Holdings、金融科技巨头Klarna Bank AB和交易平台eToro Group Ltd．都据悉暂停了上市计划。
