消息面上，去年12月27日，VESYNC宣布获要约人Victory III提出以每股5.6港元私有化，协议价较公司停牌前收市价溢价约33.33%，预料私有化生效后将撤销股份在联交所的上市地位。公司3月30日公告寄发计划文件，定于4月23日召开法院会议/股东特别大会就私有化建议进行表决。招银国际此前指出，短期存在不确定性，对公司的长线前景依然乐观，基于：其具有吸引力的估值（如果资本市场情绪向好，我们不排除Vesync的估值被重新评级至15倍的可能性，如SharkNinja在美国市场估值达20倍，而此前在香港市场不到10倍）；美国空气净化器渗透率较低的市场潜力；优秀的战绩（Vesync在开发新品牌和新产品类别方面有许多成功案例）。
