Catheter Precision (VTAK) late Thursday said the audit company that reviewed its financial results for the 12 months ended Dec. 31 expressed "substantial doubt" over the medical device manufacturer operating as a going concern.
The New York Stock Exchange requires companies receiving a "going concern" notice in their Form 10-K annual reports to issue a separate public disclosure.
