比亚迪储能官方公众号的信息显示，近日，拉美最大光储电站- Contour Global公司运营的智利基亚瓜（Quillagua）光储电站项目成功完成调试并顺利投运。

该项目规模为221MW/1200MWh，配备超45.2万块太阳能板及267套MC Cube比亚迪魔方储能系统。

基亚瓜电站位于全球太阳能资源最富集的阿塔卡马沙漠边缘，比亚迪魔方储能系统可助力基亚瓜电站在日落后以20万千瓦功率持续向电网供电6.2小时，实现“白天发电、夜间供电”全时段清洁能源供应。

目前，该项目已进入商业运营筹备阶段，将在未来数周履行长期清洁能源购电协议（PPA），不仅保障夜间太阳能稳定供应，还可将余电投放市场，在夜间馈电额外激励下，从电力市场获取收益，提高储能系统经济效益。

另外，Contour Global公司当前正在塔拉帕卡大区（R. de Tarapacá）建设另一座太阳能储能电厂，名为“Víctor Jara”，该项目同样由比亚迪储能供货，预计将于2025年下半年投入运行。
