在经历前一日暴跌后，国际油价周二（4月20日）迎来反弹，布伦特与WTI原油期货双双涨超1.5%。

　　布伦特原油收涨1.18美元，涨幅为1.78%，收于每桶67.44美元。

　　纽约商品交易所5月交割的西得州中质原油合约（当日到期）上1.23美元，涨幅为1.95%，收于每桶64.31美元。

　　美国对伊朗实施新制裁，令油价得到支撑。华盛顿周二宣布对伊朗液化石油气及原油运输大亨及其企业网络实施制裁。

　　尽管上周末美伊核谈判取得进展，但Again Capital合伙人约翰·基尔达夫指出：“若谈判破裂，美国可能将伊朗石油出口压降至零。”

　　全球股市风险偏好回升，也成为油价反弹的助力。瑞穗证券分析师罗伯特-约格表示：“美股大涨释放了投资者的风险偏好。”

　　周一受美伊谈判进展与股市拖累，两大基准油价曾暴跌逾2%。分析师警告，若核协议最终达成，可能引发新一轮供应过剩担忧；反之则地缘政治风险溢价将持续支撑油价。
