1532 ET - Bank of America analysts say in a research note that DraftKings' same-state handle--or the total amount of money wagered on a specific game or event--appears to be slowing sequentially. "The slowing trends coupled with the rise of prediction markets and DraftKings' guide implying mid-to-high teens handle growth have turned into a big overhang," they write. As a result, investors will be increasingly focused on the fantasy-sports and betting platform's 2025 outlook when it releases earnings next month, the analysts say. They will also be looking for management to clearly articulate what is offsetting handle, or what will reaccelerate growth. The bank lowers its 1Q Ebitda outlook to reflect headwinds in March. Shares rise 2.1%. (connor.hart@wsj.com)
