TI Cloud Terminates Deed of Voting Proxy

TI Cloud (HKG:2167) has ended a deed of voting proxy between Flyflux Holding and board chairman Wu Xiang, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.

Before the termination, Wu, Flyflux Holding, and members of the cloud-based customer solutions provider's controlling shareholders accounted for about 50% of the issued share capital.

Following the move, Wu no longer has voting proxy over shares held by Flyflux Holding.

Flyflux Holding and its owner also cease to be part of the group's controlling shareholders.

The remaining controlling shareholders now account for about 47% of the company's issued share capital.
