公告称，年初至本报告期末，受益于对路桥项目的建设投入增加，公司营业收入同比增长约37.66%;若剔除建造收入影响因素，则公司营业收入同比下降0.72%，主要受地产销售收入和电力销售收入同比减少影响。净利减少主要受投资收益同比下降以及上年同期基金分红收益、陆马一级公路停止收费形成资产处置收益等因素影响。
