Rubrik Inc. (RBRK) saw its stock surge an impressive 27.10% in pre-market trading on Friday following the company's release of exceptional fiscal third-quarter 2025 results and significantly raised full-year guidance.
For the quarter ended October 31, Rubrik reported revenue of $236.2 million, up 43% year-over-year and surpassing analysts' estimates of $217.52 million. The cybersecurity firm's adjusted loss per share of $0.21 also came in narrower than the expected $0.40 loss. A key highlight was the company achieving subscription annual recurring revenue (ARR) of over $1 billion, marking a 38% year-over-year increase.
Driven by the strong Q3 performance, Rubrik raised its fiscal 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $860 million to $862 million, up from the previous outlook of $830 million to $838 million. The company also narrowed its adjusted loss per share guidance to between $1.82 and $1.86, compared to the prior range of $2.06 to $2.12.
Analysts applauded Rubrik's results, with several firms raising their price targets on the stock. Cantor Fitzgerald raised its target to $70 from $58, while KeyBanc increased its target to $75 from $57. Wells Fargo also hiked its price target to $76 from $40, maintaining an Overweight rating on the shares.
