Host Hotels & Resorts (NASDAQ:HST) reported quarterly earnings of $0.44 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.40 by 10 percent. This is unchanged from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $1.43 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.37 billion by 4.30 percent. This is a 7.94 percent increase over sales of $1.32 billion the same period last year.
