For the fourth quarter of 2024, the company achieved revenue of $339 million, marking a 20% year-over-year increase. The full-year 2024 revenue reached $1.228 billion, up 17% compared to the previous year. Notably, the company's adjusted EBITDA for Q4 grew by 30% to $26 million, while the full-year adjusted EBITDA rose 19% to $91 million.

Looking ahead, Guardian Pharmacy Services provided a strong guidance for 2025, projecting revenue between $1.33 billion and $1.35 billion, and adjusted EBITDA ranging from $97 million to $101 million.
