Confluent stock surged 13.6% in overnight trading after the data software company reported fourth-quarter earnings and sales beat expectations. The company also announced an expanded partnership with AI startup Databricks.

President Donald Trump's energy department said on Tuesday it approved the disbursement of a loan guarantee that had been finalized days before he took office to Calumet for the expansion of a sustainable aviation fuel refinery in Montana. Calumet shares jumped 25% in overnight trading.

Firefly Neuroscience shares soared 171% on Tuesday after the nano-cap MedTech announced its acceptance into the Nvidia Connect program, a free networking solution backed by the chip giant. The shares jumped another 17.9% in overnight trading.
