Packaging Corp of America (NYSE:PKG) reported quarterly earnings of $2.47 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $2.53 by 2.37 percent. The company reported quarterly sales of $2.146 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.130 billion by 0.74 percent. This is a 10.73 percent increase over sales of $1.938 billion the same period last year.
