Chinese ADRs surged on Monday. Alibaba rose 6%; XPeng, JD.com, and PDD Holdings rose 5%; Trip.com rose 4%; Tencent Music, Baidu, Li Auto, and NIO rose 3%; Bilibili rose 2%.
