The surge in Kingsoft Cloud's shares was driven by the growing investor enthusiasm surrounding companies involved in the development of generative AI technologies, commonly referred to as the "DeepSeek concept."

Other notable gainers in the DeepSeek concept stock rally included Mobvoi, which surged over 18%, and IdreamSky, which climbed 10%. Kingsoft and XD also witnessed significant gains, rising 6% during the early trading session.
