ZTE Corporation's stock plummeted 10.58% in the intraday session on Monday, March 3rd, 2025, as the company reported a decline in its 2024 financial performance.
According to a filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange, ZTE's attributable profit fell 9.7% to 8.42 billion yuan in 2024, down from 9.33 billion yuan in the previous year. The company's earnings per share decreased to 1.76 yuan from 1.96 yuan in 2023.
Furthermore, ZTE's operating revenue declined 2.4% year-over-year, dropping to 121.3 billion yuan from 124.3 billion yuan in 2023. The telecommunications company also announced a final dividend of 6.17 yuan per 10 shares, or 0.617 yuan per share, payable on May 27th.
