Fed officials expressed a cautious tone overnight on rate cuts, while U.S. economic data released Tuesday were mixed, Maybank analysts say in a FX Research & Strategy report. It's difficult to say that Fed officials' remarks and the U.S. data have had much impact on the USD Index or Treasury yields, given the lack of a major directional move in them, Maybank says. Market participants could be waiting for key developments later this week, including France's elections, Maybank adds. USD/SGD is little changed at 1.3546. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
