Halcyon Agri (SGX:5VJ) was given a notice of delisting by the SGX after being unable to comply with listing rules, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The SGX RegCo requires the company's controlling shareholders to make an exit offer to shareholders, the notice added.
