V2Y's (SGX:V2Y) subsidiary, Evertrust F&B, agreed to acquire certain business assets of Culinary Creation for SG$250,000, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The business assets include the Culinary Creation's food and beverage business operations of a restaurant and two food outlets, the filing said.

Earlier, V2Y completed placement of SG$500,000 through the issuance of new shares in its capital as it seeks to pursue new business opportunities.
