Livingstone Health (SGX:PRH) allotted and issued 70,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares will be listed on Catalist on Sept. 6, with trading commencing the same day.
Following this issuance, the company's total issued share capital will rise to 609.4 million shares.
