Livingstone Health (SGX:PRH) allotted and issued 250,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of warrants, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares will rank pari passu with existing shares but will not be entitled to any dividends or distributions declared before their issue date.
The company's total issued and paid-up share capital now stands at 609.3 million shares. The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on Catalist on Sept. 4, with trading commencing at 9 am on the same day.
