Jasper Investments (SGX:FQ7) has named Goh Yang Jun as independent non-executive chairman and lead independent director, according to a Saturday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Jun, who joined the board on May 31, will continue as chairman of the audit committee.

Goh Hao Kwang Dennis will step down as executive chairman but remains CEO.
